The Growth Program
The Growth Program provides ongoing clarity to business owners and marketing/brand managers with our digital consultants by phone and email. The program accepts a small number of new clients each month and all potential clients are screened personally by our Managing Director, Neil Walter to assess if working together will be a good fit.
The goal of the program is to provide you with an ongoing expert second opinion on your investments in the digital and marketing areas of your business. Common questions/things we help with:
- How do I know if my website is being effective at driving business?
- I’ve been doing SEO but I don’t know if it’s working?
- I feel like my digital guy speaks gibberish, can you help me understand this email he sent me?
- How do I measure the ROI of my digital marketing?
- What are my competitors doing in digital and what should I learn from them?
The program is non competitive with existing agencies or other consultants you may be working with. Our business is focused on providing understanding and clarity around your digital activities, not implementation solutions or full-service marketing outsourcing activities such as an agency. We do work with a small group of select clients on large scale customer acquisition projects, but the majority of our business is focused on providing clarity and understanding.
We can discuss potential investments you’re looking to make, or existing projects with agencies or other service providers. Your consultant will help answer your questions, help you negotiate with service providers, and give you a valuable second opinion on the things that are important to you and your business growth.
The program includes unlimited support by email, and the ability for you to schedule calls with your consultant as required. The program is billed month to month with no contracts, so you work with us as long as you are receiving value. All pricing below is per brand/organisation.
Australian companies pay the fee in Australian dollars + 10% GST.

Why did you create the Growth Program?
Multiple clients told us they wanted to ask questions and discuss ideas, but we didn’t have any commercial arrangement in place as we were between projects! For a simple monthly fee, clients could ask questions and we would be able to view ongoing analytics data to help us see opportunities and help clients make better decisions.
Where are you based?
We are registered in Australia, but generally consider ourselves as a remote team.
Can we meet in person?
Possibly. In 2017/2018, we’re looking to travel and do in-person meetings with clients on the Growth Program. Stay tuned!
What if I’m already working with other marketing agencies or consultants?
The Growth Program isn’t meant to be competitive with other service providers that you may be working with. Our work focuses on gathering marketing intelligence and discussing the strategic implications of different options you may be considering. We work hand-in-hand with many marketing agencies and consultants, and will have no trouble working with yours.
What sort of clients are in the Growth Program?
We have consultants, E-commerce store owners, medium and large company marketing managers, marketing agencies, and various service based businesses! We generally speak to business owners, marketing managers, or other business leaders.

How will you determine if my business is a good fit?
We’ll chat about your goals, challenges, and current setup. If you’re looking to grow your business and are actively looking for support, this program is a good fit. If you’re just looking for more details or insight, you may be better off ordering either the Marketing Opportunities Report or MAP Report.
Do you have any guarantees?
You can cancel at any time, and you will not be billed again. We do not offer refunds of monthly fees already paid.
Why do you have a quota of businesses that can join the program?
We can only support a certain number of businesses per consultant. We limit intake to 5 new businesses to month, so we can grow our team as required!
Which tier is right for me?
The majority of clients start on the Baseline + Reports Tier and aim to have 1-2 discussions per month. After several months, you might choose to increase your Tier to coincide with a period of growth in your business. Being exposed to your data on a more regular basis allows you to draw conclusions and see opportunities. Your consultant will help you identify the best tier.
